1. What this covers
This policy explains how CleanCRMs collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites and software. It applies to account holders, their team members, and visitors to our site.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, company name, and billing details when you sign up.
Business data you bring: clients, jobs, schedules, photos, invoices, notes, and files you import or create in the product. This may include personal information about your clients, which you are responsible for having the right to use.
Usage data: log and device information such as IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the product, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
3. How we use it
We use your information to run the service, including generating the agent drafts and rankings the product exists to provide, to process payments, to provide support, to secure the platform, and to send service communications. We do not sell your data or your clients' data.
4. Agent processing
The product uses automated systems, including AI models, to read the business data in your workspace and generate suggested actions and drafts. This processing happens to serve your workspace. We do not use your business data to train models for other customers.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery, under contracts that limit how they can use it. We may disclose information if required by law. If the business is ever part of a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that transaction under the same protections.
6. Data isolation
Each company's workspace is isolated. Your clients, jobs, proof packs, and messages are not visible to other customers.
7. Retention and export
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export it in standard formats at any time. After account deletion we remove your data from production systems within a reasonable period, except where the law requires longer retention.
8. Cookies
We use cookies needed to sign you in and keep the product working, and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Contact us and we will honor those requests. If your information appears in another company's workspace, we may direct your request to that company as the controller of that data.
